In the case of diamonds, a high quality emerald cut is extremely rare. That’s because in the shape of a stone where most of the facets of the cut are parallel or perpendicular, the errors of the cutter can be seen immediately. Also, the large surfaces of the facets expose all inclusions. Finding the appropriate stone requires a lot of time and effort.
To state the uniqueness of such a diamond, it’s placed between two large mirrors allowing for a greater amount of light under the stone. Such a solution makes the whole composition more modern. The band splits towards the mirrors, while on each of the arms, small diamonds will be set.
