Male jewellery often symbolizes power. Princes and kings for centuries have worn rings to show their status. That’s nothing weird. In the middle ages, you could buy a whole village for a ring. Nowadays, the symbol of male jewellery has not lost its meaning.
This signet was designed for a client who worked in one of the Soviet nuclear weapon depots in Poland. That was a lot of power, especially with the political scene at the time. Today, everything is governed by those who have the key to hand.
The signet was hand carved in white palladium gold. The meandering engraving was designed especially for this ring. Sapphire comes from Ceylon. It is characterized by the highest purity, colour and cut.
