For as long as I can remember, fractals have inspired me. The phenomenon of self-similarity occurring in nature has always been a sign of a conscious, higher project for me. There are not two of the same, yet each of them is a fractal. With this in mind, a snowflake design was born.
You’d think that the obvious colour for a snowflake would be white. However, while I was watching a film with a glacier crumbling, I noticed that the ancient permafrost was blue! Fascinated by this phenomenon, I decided on using blue topaz. Some of the stones have been polished to order by the renowned Italian grinder, Paolo Sacchi.
The whole composition was handmade in 750 white gold.
